庄秀丽简介

她2003年开始从事教育教学工作，任教于北京师范大学教育技术学院，担任过为期四年的2003级教技本科生辅导员，这是一段难忘与学生共同成长的阶段。2007年她将自己学习成长经验与自身专业学科特点结合，开始尝试为本科生和研究生开设选修课：“网络社会互联学习技术与工具”、“个人知识管理工具与方法”，至2009年寒假，她在过去三个学期中，任教过10个教学班级，6个本科生班，4个研究生班。她在教学中特别重视和强调学习者自身的参与与动手做，因此她一切教学活动的设计与展开的轴心是：引导学习者参与、推进学习者动手做、深化学习者对真实任务情境的体验。

她2008年开始，成为教育大发现（SocialLearnLab，简SLL）社区的合伙发起人，参与该社区的管理建设。她还协助维护孩子都都个人成长好看簿。

她个人兴趣与教学工作的着力点，都围绕社会性互联新技术的研究与应用，包括具体社会性软件工具的媒体特性研究、如何将社会性媒体工具应用于教学的方法策略研究、以及社会性软件工具应用于教育教学的作用效果评价研究。

Xiuli Zhuang is a teacher working at the school of educational technology of Beijing Normal University.She is enamored with the potential of the emerging technology to transform learning and society.She devotes herself to delivery of lessons of "social learn with social software" and "Personal Knowledge Management" for students from Beijing Normal University and other universities in Beijing. It is the change of students' performance that makes her feel fully rewarded and keeps her going further on the way of web2.0.She is also a co-founder of Sociallearnlab.org, from which you can know more about her.
